Exchange Window

Unworn items in their original condition, with tags, certificate of authenticity, and original invoice intact, may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase.

Exchange, Not Refund

Because our pieces are priced against the daily gold rate plus making charges, we offer an exchange or store credit rather than a cash refund. This is standard practice across gold jewellery retailers in the UAE.

What’s Excluded

• Custom-made, engraved, or made-to-order pieces
• Items that have been resized, altered, or show signs of wear
• Pieces without their original certificate of authenticity or invoice

Quality Guarantee

If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or exchange it at no cost to you within 14 days of delivery.
